What a nice start!
I had a subject of Visual Arts for electives.
I like oil paints so much that I wish that I can buy a canvas again.
We had an assignment that we have to appropriate an artwork.
Appropriate means to change an existing artwork into your own.
I chose Vincent van Gogh’s The Starry Night.
I don’t know why but the first time I saw it in a book, I was captivated by it.
So beautiful…
So calming…
But there’s more to it.
Though, it’s calming there is something wrong with it.
I learned van Gogh painted it when he was mentally insane
> <
uhm, not really insane.
I created an opposite of it.
Lightness opposing his darkness
Bliss opposing his sadness.
I called it "Illusions of Peace."
I haven’t gotten a picture of my painting because it was submitted to enter in an outside competition.
I wish it luck!
I wish it to win!

Now I’m out of Seton early and landed here in Kangaroo land, I ended up attending a public school. What does it means? Haha! Lighter bag! There are no more heavy big books and 5 notebooks a day. I get to bring a small bag and put stuff. But the only think that troubles me is why is still my small bag weighs heavy?
Well, these are the stuff you can see in my bag:
- red folder
- at most 4 workbooks (in Phils, notebooks)
- student’s diary
- green pencilcase
- a mirror
- a comb
- a nailcutter
- money
- two rulers
- a lipstick
- a gameboy sp
- lunch
Is that many? Would it make my bag heavy? It is really a mystery.
